There are many reasons why products may be unavailable, such as production delays, high demand, or logistical issues. At TonerB2B, we focus on finding solutions for our customers despite these challenges. We only sell products we can realistically source. For listed but non-orderable products, no delivery estimate can be provided. However, you can sign up for notifications when the product becomes available.

The VAT ID is relevant for businesses in the EU. If you provide a valid VAT ID during the checkout process and it is validated, the order will be processed without VAT.
If no VAT ID is provided, local VAT will be automatically added.
In some cases, the VAT ID cannot be validated, such as in cases of VAT exemption or lack of registration for intra-community trade. In these instances, local VAT will be applied.
If real-time validation is not possible, we reserve the right to request VAT retrospectively if the VAT ID is valid. Once the invoice is issued, retroactively submitting a VAT ID is no longer possible.
